As of January 1, 2026, the official currency of Bulgaria is the euro.

Flights to Varna Airport

The most convenient way to arrive for the conference if you are travelling from abroad is through Varna Airport (VAR).

There is convenient direct public transportation between the airport and the conference venue via the 409 bus line. At the airport, the bus departs from the bus station in front of Terminal 2 Arrivals. From there, you can take the 409 bus to the bus stop “Sportna zala”, which is at a 1-minute walking distance from the venue (Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel). The whole journey takes about 30 minutes.

As an alternative, a taxi ride from the airport should take about 20 minutes.

Detailed information regarding the transportation options from the airport can be found here.
