The Innovations in Energy and the Environment (InnoEE) Conference (“the conference”) is organised by the Faculty of Power Engineering and Power Machines at the Technical University of Sofia (“us”, “we”, or “our”). The conference website address is: https://innoee.eu. This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use this website.
What data do we collect?
When submitting a sign-up, registration or contact form via this website, we collect the following voluntarily provided information:

- Information regarding the payment of conference registration fees via bank transfer
- Invoicing information
This information is provided directly by you when you complete the respective form and is not collected by other means.
How will we use your data?
We collect the aforementioned data so that we can:
- Respond to your queries and answer your questions regarding the conference
- Include you in our newsletter mailing list and provide you with updates regarding the conference
- Register you for the conference
Your name and affiliation provided in the registration form will figure in your conference badge and will be visible to other participants in the conference, as well as to our sponsors and partners.
How do we store your data?
Except for your name and affiliation, we store your personal data at our servers until the end of the conference. After that, your data will be deleted. If you register for the conference, your name and affiliation will remain in our archives as a participant in the conference.
If you sign up to our newsletter mailing list, we will keep your information until you unsubscribe. Therefore, you will receive communications from us after the end of the conference. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in any of the newsletter emails, in which case your data will be deleted.
What are your data protection rights?
If you have submitted a form on this website, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you or correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. You have the right to object to or request to restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
