Contributions with residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructural applications are equally sought. Papers presenting fundamental research in physics, chemistry, biology and other areas of science, with applications in the aforementioned fields, are also encouraged.
This conference will be an excellent opportunity to present and publish your recent work, to connect with other experts in the field, and to make a contribution in these important fields of knowledge.
Accepted papers will be published in the open access IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science and will thereby be indexed in major worldwide databases (e.g. Scopus and WoS). The full list of databases is available here.
The full paper – ready for publication – should be submitted via the Morressier platform (see below) by this date.
Authors will be notified if their papers are accepted or whether revisions are needed.
The camera-ready (revised) paper should be submitted and the presenting author must register for the conference by this date.
The accepted papers will be presented during the technical sessions, which will be organized according to the topics above.
Important information for authors
Please read carefully the guidelines and policies below, to ensure that your paper complies with the prerequisites for publication in the conference proceedings.
A corresponding author can register and submit a maximum of 2 (two) papers – of these, only 1 (one) as a single author. (That same person can be a co-author in other papers, but they must be registered by another author.) Publication of the first accepted paper is included in the registration fee of the author, while an additional charge is applied for the second paper, as specified in the Registration section.
For each accepted paper, at least 1 (one) author must register for the conference and be available to present it. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference programme and will not be forwarded to the publisher. While in-person presentations are encouraged, the author may choose to present online (which is to be specified in the registration form). The registration rates for in-person and online participation in the conference are the same.
Authors must prepare their papers using the Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates (see below). Papers should be written in English. The number of pages per paper is not limited. However, papers should not normally exceed 12 pages. When ready, the paper must be converted to PDF format for submission. Papers can only be submitted via the Morressier platform (see below). Papers sent via e-mail or any other means will not be accepted.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. The conference organisers and the publisher do not edit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Post-publication changes are not permitted. Therefore, please ensure that your paper has been checked for mistakes and compliance with the template. The conference organisers DO NOT take responsibility for further paper rejection by the publisher, if any of the above is not followed. The paper publication charge (included in the registration fee of the speaker) is obligatory, and it is not refundable in case of paper rejection due to the above-mentioned reasons.
Submitted papers undergo single-blind peer review by two reviewers. A paper can be accepted without revisions, returned for revision, or rejected. A paper may be returned for revision more than once, but the final camera-ready paper, incorporating all revisions required by the reviewers, must be ready and submitted by the registration deadline.
There is an additional review by the publisher before the paper is accepted for publication in the Scopus indexed conference proceedings.
All submitted papers must be the own work of the author(s) and not concurrently submitted to another conference or journal. Each submitted paper will be checked for plagiarism before being accepted for publication.
By submitting a paper for the InnoEE-2024 Conference, the author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings License, which can be found here. As copyright owner and author/representative of all the authors, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the license.
Templates and guidelines
Papers must be prepared using the Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates below, and then converted to PDF format for submission. Please familiarize yourself with the detailed author guidelines from the publisher, which can be found here.
Submission checklist
Please use the checklist to ensure that your paper is ready for submission.
- The paper has been prepared according to the templates and guidelines above, and all formatting and content requirements are strictly observed.
- The paper complies with the ethical policies, and you agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings License.
- The paper is in its final form ready for publication.
- A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.
- All sources of information are cited, all citations have a corresponding reference, and all references are cited in the text.

- The PDF file is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures), since conversion to PDF can introduce such errors.
