The InnoEE-2026 Conference will be held at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna. The venue is near the city centre of Varna and the famous Sea Garden, and offers convenient transportation to and from Varna Airport.
Inside the venue
The entrance is located on the north side of the building. Once you enter the building, walk all the way to the bottom of the corridor, where you can register (check in) and take your conference badge and welcome bag. Thereafter, take the stairway or the elevator to the upper floor. You will enter the hall named after Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov, where most conference sessions and ceremonies will take place.
Transportation from Varna Airport
The most convenient way to arrive for the conference if you are travelling from abroad is through Varna Airport (VAR).
There is direct public transportation between the airport and the conference venue via the 409 bus line. At the airport, the bus departs from the bus station in front of Terminal 2 Arrivals. From there, you can take the 409 bus to the bus stop “Sportna zala”, which is at a 1-minute walking distance from the venue (Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel). The whole journey takes about 30 minutes.
As an alternative, a taxi ride from the airport should take about 20 minutes.
